Time Standards
Motivational times are published by USA Swimming every four years and are based on the fastest 16 historical times for each age group event. They are intended to assist kids in goal setting. Other standards presented below determine eligibility for championship level meets, all the way from SC Swimming State Championships to Olympic Trials.
